It looks like the white BlackBerry 8100 is being pulled off Rogers’ shelves. It could very well have something to do with the BlackBerry Pearl 2 coming out sometime this fall, but in all likelihood, it might just not be selling versus the red and black versions. The white Pearl had a decent run since coming out last October, and any Canadians who have one will be able to tout a little extra old-school street cred for packing a collector’s item. Or, y’know, sell it on eBay.

I find this quite amusing as none of the stores has yet received this bulletin, and we just received updated pricing lists on Friday still including the White Blackberry Pearl, and it is still available on the Rogers website although both of the Black and Red versions are stated if you try to order that they are not available at this time, but leave info. and we will contact you when available again.
In contrast, when the LG Chocolate was pulled from Rogers it was done so right away, and we had updated lists a week later that it was discontinued. Just some food for thought if it really is.
Meant to say White and Red versions above for the Pearl not available, not the Black and Red versions. Also the Curve is apparently at this time not available for order. Thinking possibly Pearl 2 and Curve 2?
