I currently own a Pearl and thought about getting the Curve when it launched because it has support for XM radio and a 3.5mm headset jack and definitely a better battery life than my pearl =( I decided not to buy the Curve since it wasn't THAT much of an improvement and I like my SureType keyboard and the size of the pearl. So with the Pearl 2 coming out with a 3.5mm headset jack, an EXTERNAL memory card slot (was that so much to ask for??) WiFi, better media player, the new BB browser, and running the new OS, what more could I ask for...

...except of course a 3G Pearl ..c'mon RIM..don't keep us waiting!!

I have a BlackBerry Pearl now and love it, but have a few small gripes. The new Pearl 2 addresses everything I would change about the Pearl and more. With a better camera, better media player, WiFi, externally-accessible MicroSD slot, full 3.5mm headset jack, better battery door latch ... they've hit every note. Plus, if it's released in September, it's just in time for my birthday.

And now for the Pearl 3, with HTML email support! (I hope!)
