I have a 8700g blackberry and have been frustrated for over 30 days with not having the ability to see who is calling me when my calls are forwarded to my blackberry…I have been told that there is a trouble ticket # 207564 to address this challenge..but would like to know what is happening and when is this problem going to be fixed..please advise at your earliest convenience…
