RIM's Blackberry helper has to be downloaded through the Blackberry browser, no USB option. Virgin Canada says if I want to install it I have to buy a data plan for a month and since my plan “is no longer available I can't switch back” Don't know who sucks most, RIM or Virgin Canada (now Bell, who I left to get away from all their lack of caring for customers.
