		<description><![CDATA[My company did extensive testing of Alltel&#039;s 8703 and 7130 blackberries a few months back. I sent an e-mail once a minute to a device. In an 8 hour time span, the device had 19 &quot;chunks&quot; of e-mails that it recieved; some were as long as 15 minutes of not recieving messages. I dont know what everyone else would say, but e-mail delays are not worth it for my choosy executives.]]></description>
