The rep told him that the 8820 was going to be released the first week of October and that I'd have to wait until then to find out if it's one we can get a discount on. So who knows if he's right, but the fact that he works for Ma Bell and seemed confident about the release date makes me think there's a reasonable chance he's correct, and that it will in fact be the first week of October.
