		<description>BIS sends you an email when you email address settings change and it will no longer push those emails, they don&#039;t send that message to at&amp;t and others to then notify you?  one have one way of logic for one error and a completely different form of logic for the other larger issue? great article...</description>

		<description>I think RIM needs to stop hiding behind the carriers in situations like this. It only makes matters worse when you get second hand information from someone at a call center who knows just as much as you do. It&#039;s very bad customer service on RIMs part to keep all of their customers in the dark! A status page on blackberry.com should be mandatory during outages.</description>
