It only makes matters worse when you get second hand information from someone at a call center who knows just as much as you do. It's very bad customer service on RIMs part to keep all of their customers in the dark! A status page on blackberry.com should be mandatory during outages. I just thought I was out of memory and needed to delete some old e-mails. No worries though, as a student, the occasional hiccup isn't incredibly stressful.
