I have gotten better support from www.wirelessbyeaccess.com, the online portal that I bought my BlackBerry device at then I get from AT&T. I wish the carriers had some competition, that would force them into giving better customer service. Until that happens I don't see much changing. Dawn Jernigan I agree with this article.
