They have many time not connected the call to the far end, and I hear ring back 5-8 times, and they still go ahead & charge me for that call. So its been a bit of an Admin nightmare. I've asked for a refund & they've charged me processing fees when requesting a refund. I strongly recommend looking at alternate services. so I’ve used Raketu for some time now, and I’ve been very disappointed. I like Cellity.com A nice little app sits on the BlackBerry & just sends the call-trigger info securely to their website. The usability is very nice!
