BBSMARTFREE code not working at checkout. I added a $7.00 BlackBerry theme to my shopping cart, and then entered the code. No dice!!
Is this working? I dont see BBSmart being added to my order when entering BBSMARTFREE.
Order value is > $5.
Ah, I figured out the problem. You have to add BBSmart to your cart manually, and then you’ll be discounted the $24.99.

Make sure that you add BBSmart Email Viewer to the shopping cart along with the other item(s) that you want to buy and then apply the code. When you do this you will see the price of BBSmart Email Viewer change to $0
Great! I had set a reminder and I got it too! I added the Xcolor thingy for the trackball and booted Color Pearl. LOL
I received help fome Support and was able to get BBSmart.
I had ordered Bill Log for Blackberry to get the Smart viewer but I cannot load the Bill Log into the Desktop Manager. I get message: “No additional applications designed for your device were found”. I emailed Support and haven’t received any help from them. Can someone help here? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
I finally figured how to load the Bill Log: had to install the Handheld Software into the computer. This should be included in the “Getting started Guide” of all Blackberrys.
hi Artie. I ordered the bill log too but i had to get a refund because i had the same problem. I installed the cd that came with my BB into my computer and opened the app. loader to get my bill log working but it doesn’t work. Do I have to install a handheld software from somewhere else? I’m totally confused. And How do you like the bill log? Was it worth it?
