Microsoft’s Entourage, which is basically Outlook for Macs, is in for a bumpy ride with their 2008 iteration. Not only has direct syncing with BlackBerrys been disabled in Entourage 2008, but so has plug-in support which allowed apps like The Missing Sync to do the job. Now come on, Mac users have enough trouble getting BlackBerrys to work with their system, shouldn’t Microsoft be showing some love? Well, maybe not, it IS Apple we’re talking about, but it’s still too bad BlackBerry’s getting caught in the crossfire.

With the outstanding growth of Windows to Mac converters happening, It’s necessary that RIM find a way to support MAC’s. Mac users with Blackberries deserve more respect period!!
This isn’t 100% accurate. Please look here:
And here:
If you want to use a Blackberry and a mac, you need to use a BES/MES
If you don’t have an inhouse service, go to a third party such as Mailstreet or one of its competitors.
WELL IT IS A SHAME I DIDNT SEE THIS POST BEFORE I BOUGHT MY BRAND NEW BLACKBERRY CURVE!!!!!!!! BOY AM I PISSED AT MICROSOFT!
If you don’t like it get a real machine and run Windows.
It’s a shame people still use crapberries, when windows mobile is so much cheaper and has WAY more functionality, without the cost of buying and implementing a in house BES server
I’m surprised anyone smart enough to know how to use a mac….would actually buy a crapberry.
Screw em
