Thanks for the heads up, checking out what’s going on now. We had to take down our software page due to some issues site last week, should be back up soon.

Ditto, the link redirects to the front page for me. no free theme for all my hard work Oh crap now I have to change my answer about “do you ever post comments”

I also completed the survey, but no theme

ahh.. where is my theme?

I clicked the link after the survey and was sent right back to the homepage. No theme for me, sadly. I have an 87xx. Can you folks help me acquire the theme?

I downloaded a theme8100.rar file but the files won’t work on my 8130

Do we have to re-take the survey to get the theme?

I filled out the survey and the Submit button disappeared! Refresh the page and all my answers were gone and the Submit button never came back. I’m using Flock if that helps.

I took survey this afternoon, received theme but file was RAR compressed archive file. Unable to open

it was simply the wastage of time, spend some good 10 -15 mins on it and still waiting for my free stuff, what to do ????

I got mine w/o a prob. 8-10 min for the survey then got links for the homepage AND for the 88** series theme. I’d setup a link to mine but that’s kind of against the law.

all the whining my theme my theme, it works and i did it before and after… maybe some of you forgot to fill out your model? i did the survey again and skipped this part(blackberry model) and i got the same effect many of you are complaining about…nothing. Fix your faces and re-do the survey, stop rushing for the end result.

i however have a good complaint.

when you make a folder anything you put is it is not visible, when you hit the menu button its only shows the “call voicemail” option, any help in this area is appreciated.

The .rar file extension I cannot open, any suggestions?

The downloads are in a RAR format, which is a compression method like ZIP. You need to nab a program like WinRAR ( http://www.rarlab.com ) to open them. We’ll try to get a ZIP version up soon, since it’s a little more well-known. Our themes page ( http://www.blackberrycool.com/themes/ ) gives a quick run-down on how to install themes once you’ve downloaded them.

I completed the survey, but I can’t find a submit button…help. I tried both Firefox and IE6.

I have completed the survey and downloaded the themes8300.rar file,I use curve 8320 and extracted it to PC and try to install with Desktop Manager but keep getting error,everytime i add the blackberry_cool.alx file to install this message popped out “sorry,there’s no available application to install”.

How can such thing happened ? what have i done wrong ? please assist.
