AT&T first to be Bold

AT&T BlackBerry 9000 Go figure the wireless giant AT&T would have the first exclusive deal on the recently-launched BlackBerry Bold. An AT&T rep has kindly reminded me that they’ll be the first U.S. carrier to offer an internationally-3G BlackBerry. If you haven’t heard, the BlackBerry 9000 (a.k.a. the Bold), is rocking a wide range of features, including HSDPA, 2 megapixel camera, assisted GPS, Wi-Fi, and form factor not unlike the BlackBerry 8800. It’s tricky to say how long it’ll be until the other carriers can get in on the fun, but if we’re truly looking at a summer release, a late fall release elsewhere seems likely.
