Microsoft Dynamics CRM coming to BlackBerry

Comments

MobileAccess and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Microsoft announced today that their customer relationship management software, Dynamics, is coming to BlackBerry via MobileAccess 4.0 in Q3. I don’t know how much room there is in the BlackBerry CRM software market, what with SAP announcing a fairly tight partnership with RIM at WES this year, but hey, if you’re already using the Dynamics archietecture, it’s good to have the option. RIM is making big strides in the mobile apps tie-up scene. It is scoring a march over Apple. In my opinion, RIM screens are too small for comfortable viewing, I don’t know about their computational capacities to process complex data; it remains to be seen how much freedom do these applications offer to the sales staff on the move.
