Hi Simon,
Your video is good. Since last one month, I am trying to find solution for my problem with BB 8820. I bought it on Craigslist, used for about 5 days and then all of a sudden it turned into white screen. Yesterday, from Inet I found how to reinstall OS, which I did and my phone can receive and dial out calls, can hear perfectly but it's blind-can't see anything on the screen. Please help. I have once tried and was successful in opening up the phone.
Please reply.
