i was updating my pearl 8130 and during the reboot it said tthis will last for like 30 minutes and like an hour went by i googled what to do and it said to disconnect and plug back in when i did that the phone stayed at a white screen and it wont change even when i take the battery out and plug it back in to my computer and try re updating it , it wont work i dont knw what should i do ?

after i upgraded my pearl 8100 from 4.2 to 4.5, the phone has been acting funny, its goes off and on continuously, i cant access anything on it and it has been going on for days like that now, pls what do i do?

I have tried to upgrade my software… my computer shows the progress of the upgrade, and once it has been ‘connecting to device’ for quite a while, displays error message ‘please validate internet question’ any ideas what this means?

here what I did
pull out the battery and connect the mobile
then start desktop manager and wait for a while
then put on your battery the system will update the mobile. However, you will lose all the information on the mobile.
Anyway, since you get the white screen no one can get you back any information unless you have a back up before. So try this and good luck.

Mikeeb-did you upgrade your 8310 to a higher grade like a 8520 and retrieve even the password keeper?
