Street Fighter II released on BlackBerry

Street Fighter II for BlackBerryAs a long-time gamer, and a fan of Sagat’s freakish tallness, I’m happy to tell you guys about Street Fighter II: Championship Edition for BlackBerry. All of the bosses are playable, including M. Bison, Vega, and Balrog. I’d be interested in seeing how the controls work, considering how much easier doing a quarter-circle turn would be on a trackball rather than D-pad. Head on over to Handango to pick up Street Fighter II for $9.99.

Ordered from handango, but it does not work on the 8820. Called Capcom and they have released a fix but handango has to issue it to me. Will post a capture on youtube when I get the updated download.

The game works great. A lot better playability than I expected. However I am wondering why there are no ‘sound effects’ only music? If I can’t hear ken and ryu’s “shoryu-ken” and “hadoken” than what has this world come to? Can somebody make a patch?
