Poor lip service support! After researching options for a week I decided to choose momentem. BIG MISTAKE. Their website promises the application installs and runs in 9 minutes and that support is readily available. Both are incorrect. The application install process is fraught with problems and any install documentation is poorly written and did not resemble my install in any way.

I was promised again and again that my problem would be resolved by Terry Hughes of Momentem but it never happened. Lots of promises, no results.

Stay away from this product.
