		<description>I purchased this and found that it causes echo to the calling party (the calling or called party hears their voice echo).  Tech support informed me that it is most likely sound traveling from my speaker, down the case, back to the microphone.  They suggested that I make sure that none of the clear plastic is covering any of the speakers.  I did this but still have echo problems.</description>
