Telus BlackBerry Storm Copy and Paste

Something all BlackBerry users are interested in, and apparently something iPhone users will never get, is the BlackBerry Storm’s copy and paste functionality. While playing with the Telus BlackBerry Storm today, I had to record a video of how simple it is. I really enjoy how the copy and cut options pop up on the bottom of the screen once you’ve made your text selection. Why can’t Apple figure this out?

    Now that RIM has shown them how to do it they’ll be able to add it. Since RIM is also showing them a phone that has MMS and multitasking and email that works and … We should see Apple copy those features soon too.

    Wow, what version of the Storm is that? Because if the Verizon version’s OS was that smooth this device would be the greatest thing since sliced bread. But it’s not even close, and I’m a Crackberry fanatic.

    Update the firmware RIM and Verizon, do it now

    I heard how this was supposed to be such a pain, sure looks simple enough for me….and seem better than the iPhones…oh wait they dont have copy and paste…hmmm

    Working on a longer impression post. Short answer though? OS is NOT final, still being tweaked, and I know RIM is working on a new OS build to submit to (at least) Verizon next week.

    So,Telus storm will NOT be 4.7.0.65, to the best of my understanding.
