Cram is useful if you want to study for tests and midterms, LSATs and MCATs, and can easily be used for quizzes of all kind (SmartServe, written driving tests, etc.). I also like that you can create tests online (great when you want to create large tests and quizzes) and import them onto your BlackBerry over the air. You can view your result history for all of your tests, so you can see what you need to work on. You can also use the study guide and guess the answer to the question before you are even shown any possible solutions – optimal for studying and hammering in those hard-to-recall answers. It really is a great application, and one that can come in handy when you need to study on the fly.
- Easy to use
- Effective study tool
- The import option works very well (it’s actually easier to create the test online and send it to your device)
- I’ve thought long and hard about this and I can honestly say: none.
After finishing a SmartServe exam on my Blackberry – in addition to the Jerk Test – I can honestly say that this is a great piece of software. It does exactly what it sets out to do, and well at that. In addition to being able to serve alcohol in the province of Ontario, I now know that Doug is a douche, not a jerk (I felt this was a trick question of sorts, but after studying for a few minutes I finally got it!). Just kidding.
The point is, this software has many applications in and outside of school, and if you’ve got a BlackBerry (or and iPhone) and you need to cram for something – anything, Cram by SimpleLeap is probably your best bet.
