Hello all
I picked my blackberry up this morning and it says caps or when i push the bottom left key says num. but i can’t text or ring out
What do i do? it seems like its locked and i cnt use the keys?

ive gone on the internet and download a theme its said my theme is on blackberry book marks how do i get on to blackberry book marks its also not on my internet ?

This is my first smart phone I’ve ever had. Excited still disappointed having a hard time configuring so I can receive down and uploads I think a better operating more descriptive manuel would be nice.I’m not a stupid person but calling for help is belittling,where is the smarts of the phone,Iv done what it says to do in all the help sections and it still won’t do what its supposed too. Help with a better configuration manuel! Thank you?

I have an 8310 from AT&T. I was in the process of updating to ver4.5 when my computer locked up and I lost the rest of the update. I made it to step 6 of 11. Now my computer won’t recognize my phone when I plug it in so I cannot re-download the software. My phone also will not turn on and the LED flashes red twice in quick succession. Help. I can’t be without my phone. What do I do now?

I need major help!!! I woke up and turned on my Blackberry Pearl and it said sim card error and it does that all the time so i did what i always do. I removed my battery and sim card and then put them back in and of coarse a white screen with a little timer comes up but instead of being up for a few minutes, the little timer has been going around for 9 hours and ive tried everything! help

I have a t-mobile bb curve 8320 which already has the OS 4.5 installed on it. I am able to get youtube vids on it but they are not watchable at all .The sound and picture are very distorted. How do I fix this so I can watch youtube vids. Thankyou
