Good news for AT&T subscribers who want some of the new functionality found in the BlackBerry Bold without having to cough up the dough. AT&T has finally released OS 4.5.0.110 for the BlackBerry Pearl 8110 and 8120, the BlackBerry Curve 8320 and the BlackBerry 8820.
We’ve included the download link below (make sure you select the right BlackBerry!), as well as a link to our handy OS Upgrade How-To, so you know what to do when the download is complete. Enjoy!

How to Upgrade your BlackBerry OS

You forgot the Curve 8310.
Been using Rogers 102, downloading…
I did the upgrade for my AT&T Curve 8310 and lost my BlackBerry Browser. Has this happened to anyone else?
Is this the first “official” 4.5 for an 88xx device?
@DavidB I believe you’re right – the first official 4.5 for an 88xx device.
Yes, this is the first “official” 4.5 release for AT&T users. Other carriers have had 4.5 out for a while now and I’ve been using an unofficial version of 4.5 on my AT&T phone. I’ve not noticed any major difference, except that data seems to transfer quick (though I’m not in a 3G area).
Brandon, if you hit your BB key an select “show all” do you find another browser there? 4.5 makes some significant changes which is why I was running an “unofficial” version. The only thing about 4.5 that I don’t like (which the official AT&T flavor didn’t fix) is that in the address book, each entry shows 2 lines, 1 for the name and 1 for the company. As of yet, I have found no way to change this (not all Blackberry users use them for business, HINT HINT HINT).
Other than this minor annoyance, 4.5 seems to be a good upgrade overall.
Nan you are so modest,,,answering all these questions when it is the women staring at that 6 pack of your in the jump for jpy pic lol
@andrew you are too kind – LOL! Don’t tell the wifey.
@Nan:
If the wigey doesn’t already know, then you need to spend less time online and more time with her!
Now if they would ONLY update the Pearl 8100
Im downloading this now, if I update the OS, will that delete the apps?. I don’t think so, but just asking…
