i think the concept of the 9520 is good, but i work for a vodashop and handle the phone repairs and obf's(out of box failers)and have had alot of come backs and its always the same problem, the unit drops calls and the touch pad freezes. customers love this unit but are very disapointed with it and alot of them are changing to the 9700

Do not go to Durban with your BB, it will immediately loose its warranty, due to water damage.
This I only discovered after buying some of my managers BB.

HI why cant i import my contact from my blackberry curve 5820 to my computer. I find the blackberry desktop manager very poor and should there be more options attached like importing my contacts to my computer, read your emails and messages on screen and so forth like most other handheld mobiles does
