Ronen has posted a great little how to for getting a Hebrew font on your BB. You can also do this by installing a multilingual OS on your device but hunting for the right one is a pain.
Smartmouth let me know that created a download page where you can easily find the right files to install Hebrew fonts on your device. The best part is that you do not need to reinstall your OS to get Hebrew fonts since this installs like an application. Smartmouth set it up that you can even add some of the read only fonts OTA but if you want to be able to write with the fonts you will need to do this using the desktop install files on the same page.

I need to add Arabic language to my bb, how?
The easiest way I found to install other languages on the device, is through the desktop manager, just do as follows:
Open desktop manager(should have version 4.7)
App loader
Add/delete apps
Click on advanced
And select the languages you want to install and PRESTO

I allready have spanish, hebrew and arabic
Me and my two brothers have the bold and are in Mexico, I don´t know if it will work in other countries, but worked for the 3 of us.
The best way I have found to add languages is trough the desktop manager, just do the following:

this was exactly what I needed and OTA download fixed it in 30 sec. now I can read the mails and SMS sent to me in hebrew.
