I wish I waited now. ATT is taking their sweet time deciding whether or not to upgrade to the OS 5. By they time they do decide, OS 10 will be out. I'm really unhappy with ATT's lack of keeping up with things unless it has to do with the ever so precious IPhone.

I watched my first YouTube video on my 8900 yesterday… I didn’t even think it was possible. It opens up the media player and does WAP (?) streaming. maybe buffered once or twice for a 6 minute video. Not the greatest quality, but good.

The phone also came with some built in John Mayer performance video which was amazing quality.

Upgraded from the 8120 pearl and the curve 8900 is in a different league. Used the bold and storm and the 8900 is smaller & slicker. Camera mp not an issue. Buy a camera if you want perfect pics! This is the best phone I ever had so far – get one

Half the people posting here dont actually own this device, the UMA works beautifully, far better than on my 8800, the web browsing actually works, and is quicker than an iphone v1, but not as quick as the iphone 3g, having said that it doesnt seem much slower than the bb bold.

the camera generally takes amazing pictures, i have never bothered with internal cameras on phones, but i sometimes use this one, which really is a first.

it is noticably lighter and thinner than other blackberrys, and when next to the old curve does just feel nicer in your hand.

the screen is genuinly exceptional, and i have never seen a screen like it on any mobile device, so sharp, so high definition, and the colour repoduction is exceptional.

i love the 8900; ordered it the first day it came out.
i got it and i can’t stay off of it.
the only downside is that the camera takes really blurry pictures, no matter how still you hold it…
