Twitter for BlackBerry

The @BlackBerryCool Twitter followers have had some great questions for the community. I want to draw some attention to these questions for 2 reasons:

1) I want to help these users with their questions. Do you have an answer?
2) I’m looking for help managing the BlackBerrry Cool Twitter Community. Do you want to reach out to thousands of like-minded individuals?

From: @tashD – @BlackBerryCool. My curve keeps showing that I have a missed call when I don’t. How do I get rid of the missed call icon? Thanks.

From: @raynicolini – @BlackBerryCool should it not be 8230 for the flip, since 8320 is associated with Rogers Blackberry Curve with WiFi

From: @Squadoosh – @BlackBerryCool I can’t seem to get Qsms to work on my 8900….bummin.

From: @jerseysoprano – @BlackBerryCool Is there an app to silence the shutter when taking pics?

From: @d900man – @BlackBerryCool why is it when I send an email from gmail I also get a copy on my bb

    Try opening your messages, press alt P while in your messaged to get to the phone call log, click the date, and mark prior opened.
    If that doesn’t work, battery pull
    Of that doesn’t work, backup phone, clear phonecall log database, and then restore from the backup

    The pearl flip is the 82*0, curves are 83*0.

    Go to options, advanced, and set all of qsms’s permissions to allow

    This will be fixed in BIS 2.6, until then, Go to your BIS website(I use google to find mine, once you have it I reccomend bookmarking), beside your gmail account, click filter. Next you make a filter stating that “when you receive mail, FROM whateveryouraddyis@gmail.com, do not send to device.”The only backside to that is, if you would like to send yousenlf something in an email,you would have to send it from another address.

    Bolt works for some sites opera doesn’t(hotmail) and you can download small attachments.
    Opera is way easier to use then bolt, but some things aren’t as real as they should be(hotmail for example)you have no limit on downloads in opera(I downloaded my last os using it)
    Both are fast, both lack copy and paste

    Bb browser works in realtime, a lot smoother than both, but has its drawbacks on javascript enabled websites
    Solution? Take a piece of everything, them combined take less space than gmm or viigo
    Save yurself the hassle of switchong and use all 3
