I downloaded it for my storm before the newest update 5 and when I got the new update it glitched my phone icons when I turned it on its side. Any hint on how to fix it?

is there anyway to download this onto my computer and use the BB Desktop to transfer? i dont have the data plan so i cant get online w/o getting charged

I installed the gears of war theme on my storm and I am running version 5.0 software and when I turn the phone on its side the picture does not stretch across the whole screen and the icons glitch when you scroll them up and down. I was wondering if any one else was having this problem and if it was just because I was running version 5.0 software.
