Any word on BB Storm support for this app?

Any word on getting this app? I signed up but have no link to the app. Is this for real, or are they just harvesting emails and trying to sell their map packs?

I certainly see nothing free about this except the base application with NO MAPS included.

The even bigger joke is the only maps available are CA and FL…….

This application should never have made BBCool….

It says that you gt the Free Map Pack, but I don’t see how do download it. And $50 per state is a little pricey. I might spend $15 on a map before I go in a hiking trip in the mountains, but $50.00???

wow… a free mapping program with no maps - great! I wouldn’t spend a penny on a map without having a demo to see how the program works. Agree on the max of $15.

Sticking with google maps and/or the paper fold-ups for now.

Waste of time. It loads ok and so does the demo map. However, for what you see for this “free” demo is not much. The extremely limited options don’t really show any capabilities. It would not pick up my 8330 GPS. It was set to “location on”; therefore, the initial map load is to coordinates 0,0. Since it did not pickup the internal GPS and the “push track ball” to locate yourself did not work. The only capability shown was to scroll around the map with no detail at all and no ability to see any functions regarding using the map.

    End result…delete application and map.

Have the app loaded. Have the free map downloaded and on the SD card. App doesn’t see the map. Stumped.

Talk about sucking. I had high hopes for this app from the description. What a let down. Maybe 5 bucks a state at most but 50? They have priced themselves out of haveing a popular app. I think geocachers would love this app if it were free as it says, I know I would. Too bad it is just another deleted app!!!
