It ain't just AT&T. I have the same problem with the Storm on Verizon. My wife's Pearl works fine though. I'm now under the impression that Mass Storage mode either works or doesn't. There is no answer to why.

Ms -

I've got the bold also. I can't get it to show up under Windows, Mac, or Linux...

I'm seconding the "AT&T sucks" sentiment.

Doesn't work on my AT&T Bold. Have tried several different OS versions as well and I get nothing. Works fine with my Curve.

AT&T sucks.

Hey Joe,

Is there any way to save your changes to a theme i.e. text size, font, icon locations etc?

FYI, if you have set this option and still don't see a new drive letter [and you're using XP (probably similar on Vista)]:
right click on My Computer
click Manage
click Disk Management
- look in there for any drives that do not have drive letters
- right click on the drive (partition)
- click on Drive Letters and Paths
assign an unused drive letter, OK and close out, and you should be set.
