Hi joe. I just got a blackberry torch 9800. I got it unlocked. I put the tmobile SIM card in it. And now I don’t know why I can’t access my email, I can’t save pictures, or videos. I did call tmobile to set it up has a blackberry, and since then I’m only daily trying to figure out my phone. Please help.

Hey Joe, have an unlocked torch. Can’t seem to connect to version network. Shows AT&T and T-mobile networks. How do you change the TCP/IP to recognize version. Thanks, CT

I have a blackberry storm 9530 everytime I set the time and date and press save, it resets and return to a set time and date, 2:40pm May 2008. I just can’t get the Time and date set. Can you help me?

I just unlocked my 9700 and when I go to e-mail set up it only shows setup for an enterprise account have noticed this with another unlocked blackberry is their a way to fix this so it goes back to personal e-mail setup

Hi Joe,
I’m from South Africa and I have just purchased a Verizon blackberry Tour 9630, but can’t get my bbm to work, or my browser, or set up email. I have been told by the Cell C providers that I will not be able to use those features as it isn’t a South African registered phone. Help please?

Hi Joe, We bought an unlocked blackberry 9630. We have T-moblie service but we don’t need the internet and all that. My son just wants to use it as a regular phone. Can this be done by taking out his old sim card an placing it into the new phone? It just keeps saying it needs to be activated. Help!!!

hey, i just got a BB 9650 and got it unlocked but i cant use BBM or the net and on the top of time on the main screen says “activation required” it is a sprint phone but i am through rogers

got any ideas?
