I’ve owned the Storm since it came out. Lets face it, the product sucks. It is the single biggest technology disappointment from Blackberry. I don’t care what upgrade they come out with, it will not change the absolute idiotic logic behind that phone. Its a dumbphone. How about having to click no less than 3 times to just get to the point where you can enter a text message. What the f’ is that. I hate this piece of s** t phone!

Whoever wrote this original post is an idiot. AT&T doesn’t even carry the Blackberry Storm. It’s exclusively through Verizon in the USA. So of course AT&T customer service won’t help you if you have issues with the download.
