Cortado has announced that its solutions are now available on BlackBerry App World, which makes it easier for customers to discover and use Cortado solutions on their BlackBerry. Cortado solutions available include Basic Print, Save The Weekend, SMS2Desk, Connect and Print and Fax 3 Months.
“SMS2Desk” and “Save The Weekend” are free applications. SMS2Desk enables the sending and receiving of text messages in Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, GroupWise and other e-mail programs directly on a PC or laptop. With Save The Weekend, e-mails written outside of work hours will not be sent to the recipient until the next work day begins.
“Cortado Basic Print” enables quick and easy local printing of photos, pictures and texts directly from a BlackBerry smartphone. With “Cortado Print and Fax” users can print documents, attachments, HTML e-mails, websites and tasks over Bluetooth® or send faxes using the included fax templates.
The free file manager “Cortado Connect” enables users to access and manage files saved on their BlackBerry smartphones or in online storage.

SeamlessWeb allows you to order food directly from your BlackBerry browser. The site is a mobile portal to their website with the help of Usablenet. When you hit up their homepage, you can order from a variety of restaurants and have it delivered to your office or home.
The site is really popular in the US where many companies have even tied it directly into their employee expense accounts.
Try the new SeamlessWeb mobile site and make sure to bookmark it.

We told you a few days ago that Skyfire was soon to be arriving on BlackBerry and BGR has confirmed this with screenshots of the browser in action. How amazing will it be to have full flash support on your BlackBerry with the ability to stream video from sites such as Hulu? Very amazing.
One user who has alpha tested the browser describes it as “already being the best BlackBerry browser ever.”

In order to capture a certain part of the consumer market, a device needs to be sold without a contract. Too many consumers are scared away by them and would rather pay the fees up front. Truth be told, there are a ton of ways to get out of contracts and you’re better off getting the hardware discount.
Would you really pay 180 GBP for a BlackBerry Pearl? Seems overpriced.
The T-Mobile deal includes a year’s unlimited email and internet access, but not any inclusive calls. The Orange deal charges £5 per month for email and net access, but does come at a cheaper price.
