…well they should take responsibility and “get it right” sometime… And soon! Those of us with a Storm are dying. And I for one will NOT by another Blackberry if this is how they plan to do business.

Meh.. corporate blogs are always carefully contrived PR speak. Rarely do they offer any original insight or criticism.

RIM would be better suited to do something like Dell’s Ideastorm – if they are really interested in listening or participating in the conversation around their company.
