It is a pile of shit. We migrated from 4.1.6 to 5 and it took weeks. Between waiting for the kit, trade up keys, CAL upgrades and blowing away a VM because of a patch corruption, it wasted days, delayed a major project and cost us thousands in consultant’s fees. I hate Blackberry and hope the go bang.

glad someone likes it, I hate it!. I use express version and all I need is simple simple like the older versions. add user, send email, your done. Took 30mins just to figure out how to add a user…
