		<description>@RM: I think individuals or small groups of users would still just use Google Sync.  But say you&#039;re a big company using Google Apps and you have 10s or 100s of BlackBerrys to support ... installing &amp; setting up Google Sync on each device is probably a pain.</description>

		<description>This sounds promising, but I can&#039;t help but wonder just how this will play out for users like myself: single, non-corporate users who use a hosted Exchange-based BES account.  I can see this as a way for me to perhaps synchronize ALL of my calendar appointments, past and present to my Bold, unless the same existing BES limitations apply.

I&#039;m also hoping that 4smartphone (my BES provider) will eventually upgrade to BES 5.0.</description>

		<description>It does not work as well as BES and there are multiple problems with Calendar, Mail and such. And it does not allow sufficient enterprise management like how we want it. If it works for you, stay with Google Sync and BIS then.

We are working with Google now to get this new BES rollin&#039;. Cool stuff. :)</description>
