
WeatherBug’s newest BlackBerry App has quickly become one of the top most downloaded apps and it is still going strong. Unveiled today at WES2009, the app includes GPS-enabled weather alerts, animated radar and maps, and live, local weather information and camera images from their proprietary weather network of 8,000 weather stations.

ok so let’s get this straight. First it’s free, then it has ads, then they charge for it so that they can then give it away for free again and make it look like a sale. WTF?
BTW Weatherbug is known to have a serious memory leak (i.e. you’ll loose free memory space until your phone log is erased.) issues on the Storm so Try at your own Risk.
