I tried downloading the trial of the new version from dataviz. Since then I can’t see documents to go at all except in the application list when u view it from options and advanced options. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did the download yesterday, now can;t find the Documents To Go Icon in my Apps folder. Checked the Apps list in the Advanced Iptions under setup and it is there, just can;t access it! Anyone know how I can restore it so I have the icon in the Apps folder? Tried to switch App but it is not coming up.

Except that after I begin the download on my new 8330 Curve I see the following message:

“The downloaded module is incompatible with some of the software on your device. Do you want to install it anyway? (Some applications will not work)”

So I opted not to install as I don’t really want to end up with a brick.

The download doesn’t work for me. First it wants to overwrite “Documents To Go” with Documents To Go:DataViz, Inc.” If I proceed, them I’m told that the download module is incompatible with data already stored on the device. If I upgrade anyway, then I get an “907 invalid COD” error message.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve had 1.007 for almost a month nowm It added Sheet’s To Go to my standard (free) installation. Am I missing something, or is this post a little dated?
