I’ve had the Tour for a year and a half with Telus and it has been the most troublesome Blackberry I’ve owned. It’s very lagged, Browsing is a terror, My phone periodically reboots itself on a full charge just to turn on with a drained battery. Also, I’ve had it replaced 3 times (i’m on my 4th one) due to defects with the phone. I would recommend NOT purchasing. It’s a total pain.

can anyone help me? my blackberry tour, i have the 9630 verizon, when i send friends a text they recieve weird messages. they recieve two texts in one all mixed up like for example this is one text: at times i’m no)ng with everyone get th hes cranky tn.. th d 3 ch fun be playing 2? idk thye w” i dont understand why my phone is sending mixed messages.

I have the tour with telus and its offel..ive never in my life had so many problems, first i never get my messages and phone calls dont come through, second, when im sending a text it only allows 140 characters and then it stops, and third the ball never works. i never dropped the phone i dont know why its so bad. it does have some good things like the phone is fast and the camera is really good but thats all

I’ve had my tour since Sunday…but when I try to load pages from the quick launch icons (espn.com & mlb.com) I get the following error: The protocol specified is not supported by the handheld. Please try a different URL. But, when I load the pages directly from the browser, they work. Anyone else having this issue?
