RedZapper does some very nice themes and one of the more popular themes is the 3G theme. It’s available for the Bold and Curve 8900 and is based on the 3G iPhone theme by Jonathan Lundström.

Great job. I for the life of me can not seem to change the application in the middle.. I’m sure its something dumb i’m over looking but would appreciate the help. where is the quick launch configured as well?

The top middle icon is the same as the first icon in the second line of icons. No idea how the quick launch is configured.

Your 7th icon in you app screen will be the center icon.
Quicklaunch can be purchased in the berrycool app store. I highly recommend it.

Great theme but one old sms (which I have deleted) still shows when I roll on the sms icon. Anyone know how to sort this out?

Sweet theme…I liked it a lot….BUT it slowed down the OS so I had to dump it.

Anyone else have problems with this theme slowing down their 8900? Causes a huge lag.
If it didnt, I would keep it. If anyone know how to avoid the lag, please let me know.
I have installed the 3G theme on my 8900 Curve and I think it’s the BEST theme I have seen so far and it’s FREE.
I have not experienced any lag or any other problems on my 8900 Curve.
I also wondered where the SMS icon was. Found it in the Applications folder and moved it to the Home folder. I wish I knew who the developer was so I could thank the person personally. So, May I do it through this message.
I would gladly donate money for this one.
I fixed the lag problem by rebooting my phone first before using the theme. Now its flawless.
The sms icon should be there. Hit menu and Show All and check in your folders too.
