how do i download my contacts backup? i have uscellular and a blackberry, but i dont know how to get the program on it.

I am simply ooking for a simple contact manager that the other phone service have such as T-Mobil, Nokia, & samsung uses. A simple phone iterface on your desktop that allows you to simply edit, delete and add new contacts to the phone from the desktop interface. Why is this so hard for suposedly a smartphone ? I have yet found this simple software and this is a $600.00 phone!! someone please respond with a link if you have one..Thanking you in advance if you have an answer…
