Ummmmm… note that this doesnt look like Windows 7, it clearly looks like Vista. Nice theme, but its just a rebranded version of a Vista theme.
Update: Was able to download it from my BB using the code. Looks good, and agree with Markus in that it loos and feels similar to Vista with the exception that on this one I can actually read the letters as opposed to needing glasses for reading using my Bold
