While your BlackBerry has an incredible amount of Facebook integration with the latest build of Facebook for BlackBerry, there are still a few issues with the UI and managing your media. For example, if you want to upload a picture to Facebook from your BlackBerry, you can only do so one picture at a time.
Dazzboard is a free online service that allows you to drag and drop media between Facebook and your BlackBerry. The service also supports a variety of other web 2.0 initiatives such as Flickr and YouTube.
The product is currently only for PC and users with Firefox 3.x.
UPDATE: The image you’re seeing isn’t the actual watch. It’s just a mock-up to show what the watch might look like.
Back at WES 2009, the VP of RIM Antoine Boucher, confirmed the upcoming BlackBerry Bluetooth Headset and apparently let it slip that a Bluetooth watch was in development.
The watch would be a hub for all your notifications including facebook, BBM, email and SMS. It may also include some of the functionality of the VM 605, which allows you to send music from your BlackBerry to the car stereo.
While it is rumor at the moment, I can tell you I definitely see this happening. RIM has a history of letting accessory details slip well in advance of the product launch. Before the VM 605 launched, journalists were playing with it months in advance. I’m predicting we’ll be seeing much more news about this accessory as we near the holiday season.
Last week, we ran the first in a 6 week series of contests by Griffin Technology. For 6 weeks, we’ll be giving away prize packages and all you have to do is comment. Each week’s prize package will be different and on the 6th week we’re giving away a grand prize.

Balsillie hasn’t been having much success these days in the courtroom but the man has perseverance and money, so don’t underestimate his ability to get whatever he wants.
Next week, there will be a court hearing as to the fate of the Phoenix Coyotes and whether or not they’ll be moving to Hamilton to become Canada’s seventh hockey team.
Most recently, team owner Jerry Moyes and Jim Balsillie have had their lawyers request that the courts turn over documents relating to the sale of the team, as well as they have asked for consent in the examination of commissioner Gary Bettman and deputy commissioner Bill Daly. This isn’t going to make Bettman very happy, which is why the above editorial cartoon sums things up nicely.
If the request goes through, Bettman is going to have a lot of tough questions to answer. The NHL has rejected Balsillie as a potential owner but they’ve yet to provide an adequate explanation as to why. The examination will also try and expose the reasoning behind the NHL’s argument that it isn’t possible to move the Coyotes in time for the start of the 2009-2010 season coming in October.
UPDATE: The latest version of UberTwitter comes with advertising, much like other free apps such as Viigo. There are hints that a paid, ad-free version will be coming.
UberTwitter is by far one of the best free Twitter clients available for BlackBerry. Today, they’ve released their Beta 4 for download and it has some great new features and updates.
Some of the cooler features include support for TwitVid and Bit.ly. Other updates to UberTwitter include:
Multiple Accounts – You can now configure multiple accounts, each with their own set of on-device preferences.
You can now BLOCK people!
Video Integration – We have partnered with TwitVid.com to offer you an outstanding video integration.
Goto user – You can now enter twitter users name and go directly to their timeline
URL Shortening – we’ve integrated with bit.ly so you can easily send those long URLs now and not bump up against the 140 limit
MUCH faster photo uploads, significantly improving the user experience.
Use of the internal GPS is now solidly supported with proper fallback to cell tower based location when GPS isn’t available.
Icon Caching If you have and SD card, we will cache avatar icons on the card, increasing the speed of timeline displays and reducing network traffic.
You can now select pictures and videos that have already been take and are on your device. The interface shows the most recent at the top and offers a preview so you can verify it is the picture/video you expected!
When composing a tweet you can now insert symbols from a large selection of commonly available characters such as smiley’s, hearts, etc.
Integrated advertisements – Please note, the ads are there to support the freely distributable version of ÜberTwitter. Users that purchase ÜberTwitter will not have advertisement in their version.
We’ve streamlined the friends and followers lists
You can now see both the number of friends, followers, and tweets sent when viewing the details of a tweet.
Replying to a DM from the timeline will now correctly send a DM and not a regular tweet
Fixed the bug in reply all where it would truncate some twitter user names
