I have a query about BB bold 9700. I have a BB 9700 smartphone and have a problem in receiving calls. When ever some one calls t previous callers info is displayed on the phone. After receiving the call the dsplay is set right to the actual caller Can some one help me with this. I have switched on/off the phone sveral times but no improvement.

I have a blackberry 9700 Bold it’s been only 3 months, and the 2 buttons keypad from the top isn’t working anymore. I closed and open my BB but it dosn’t work either. Please can someone help me.

Hello, is there away I can increase the size of the font when I am on the internet(Bold 9700). I have to constantly hit the zoom in, or the magnefying glass.
Some how on my curve I got the size to increase and stay that way. Thanks ALH

i have a blackberry bold 9700 and dont not think its the best phone.I have had it 3 months got it for my 13th birthday on july the 17th . I Have so many problems with the phone its unreal. My advice is to stick to nokia/samsungs.

Just got my first BB, the Bold. First problem is that it does not seem to let me log into MYYAHOO home page. The sign in box comes up and it sometimes lets me type in my username but it NEVER lets me complete with the password. Took it to Verizon and they could not get it to work either after changing browsers. Not much good if I cannot even get to my internet homepage. Heard that a new browser is coming, will the new one fix the problem. And, where is the problem, how come I cannot sign in ?

I cannot sync my work e-mail to my BB 9700, I have especific instructions that any other smart phone will work with the Exchange Active Sync (EAS) except for Blackberries. I refuse to believe it since I depend on my phone to perform at work and I recently got my BB 9700. Does anybody knows how to make it work?
