		<description>thanks a lot for the info.I had a small problem, while updating my bb 9700 from version 5 to version 6,, i got a fatal error while the updates were going on. totally there were 12 updates and it had complete 5 updates when the fatal error occurred. then my phone began to restart again. could u help me out with this?

My phone was stuck for a few days, nothing I did could fix it! So I eventually found by bb cable and pluggged into desktop to upgrade etc, and voila it was fixed! the scrooll button started working and off I went, but it lasted only 5 min! Any idea what I can do? The jamming was def software related as soon as it was updated it worked so fast and so well, now I dont know what to do !</description>
