		<description><![CDATA[Rogers is the same but I like why they do it. If you have dabbled with 5.0.464 it is full of small bugs and should never of been released. 5.0.411 is 10 times more stable. Some carriers have a better QA team that will not let junk onto their network. AT7T seems to be the same that until their internal team approves it it never is published. It can be frustrating to wait but sometimes it is for the best as much as you want to pull your hair out :)]]></description>
