Matthias, developer of Filescout wrote in to say Iconify has been updated to version 1.0.3. This is a helpful app that lets you create icons on your homepage for links, dialing and mail.
There are two versions of Iconify, one for 15 links and another for 50.

The guys at R&R Theme Designs wrote in to tell us about their BlackBerry Storm 95XX theme Realism. While I’m not too enthused about it, given the awkward icon design, I’m happy to let people know about the theme and give them the chance to try it out themselves.
Realism features 5 user-defined screen options, from no docks to 4 hideaway docks (including user-defined buttons dock). Up to 23 apps can be accessed from the homescreen, and there are up to 3 hideaway docks with an invisible dock activation button. Like I said, I’m not a fan of the icon design, as they’re hard to distinguish, but I commend any theme designer who tries to make an entirely new icon set.

Yahoo! have a mobile site that looks pretty decent on a BlackBerry and gives some good coverage of the 2010 Olympics. The app features live results, upcoming events, medal counts, and photos to news, expert commentary, and more. The Olympics is also integrated into Yahoo!’s mobile search results, which I still think are obsolete with Google around.
Head over to their mobile site at m.yahoo.com/olympics and see for yourself.

BlackBerry 8330 from Verizon
There seems to be a rumor going around that Verizon has discontinued the Curve 8330 because it’s not showing up on the Verizon site. Not too long ago we heard Verizon would be offering the 8330 on a pay-as-you-go plan. It could be that the device is in transition from the contract section to the month-to-month section and that’s why we’re not seeing it. It would also be a little strange for Verizon to discontinue America’s most popular smartphone, and keep the Pearl Flip.
Thoughts?
