Remote access can prove to be a very useful tool, but at the same time you have to think of security and how your sensitive data is protected. Take care with that because the advantage can easily turn into a big mess if a hacker puts his mind on the job.

So you come out liking both apps. I'm having issues with Docs to go after migrating to OS5 and am frustrated by the lack of support from DataViz for their product. I'm pretty much game to give eOffice a try. Anyone know how much memory this app takes?

After you use Docs To Go for a while you will get use to it. As much as I use my BlackBerry without being able to edit Word and Excel documents I'd use my BlackBerry much less.

I have Documents to Go: Premium and it's pretty good… But they (DataViz) DESPERATELY need to add support for the ODFs (OpenDocument Formats), particularly now that Research in Motion (RIM) has confirmed the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) 3.0 upgrade will add this functionality when it is made available in a few days…
