PocketMac BlackBerry and Mac OS X Sync Updated

PocketMac have released the latest version of their software for syncing your BlackBerry with Mac OS X. The latest release has some performance enhancements as well as some new sync features. This latest version also supports the newest BlackBerry OS 5 devices and support for MAC OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.

With PocketMac, you can now sync with:

  • Apple Address Book
  • iCal
  • Daylite
  • Entourage 2008
  • LotusNotes
  • iTunes
  • iPhoto
  • Stickies

    No offense but why would anyone want PocketMac or Missing Link with BB Desktop Manager for Mac already available for free.

    I have tried PocketMac in the past and it really never worked that good. Have sent emails and IMHO, support was never that good.

    I would have to agree. PocketMac didn't work well for me either and I was glad when Blackberry came out with their own free version. It can do just about all the same stuff as PocketMac even sync my playlists from itunes. It's a much better way to go to sync my bb to my imac.

    I am not sure PocketMac is worth it. The **only** thing that somewhat catches my eye is the fact that it syncs with Daylite. It's been a pain since I moved to the BB that I couldn't easily sync Daylite with the device. Still, think I'll pass on spending the $.
