This app is pretty much just a web link to the ING mobile web page. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But you can just have a browser shortcut to the same thing.

I hope all banks jump on the same train and release either a mobile version of their online banking system or a full client app. This is year 2010, people don't go to banks to pay their bills anymore. It's all online. Why not make it even easier for them and let them pay it through their smartphones? I don't see a reason why not
